you create one on first time mod launch, after that you have to go to plastic surgeon, clothing shops ect

@Dothrecs remove PS_2025.dll from scripts and ProjectSantos folder

@Dothrecs Wait for scripthookv to be updated, its the same for all script mods until it is.

@Lane876 they show based on range to them to reduce map blips.
