I dont know what the issue is but when I hit somewhere around level 20 all my blips dissappear and no more drug dealers spawn so i deleted and redownloaded the file and it worked, but when I edited the files to be the same level again they disappeared once again, im starting around level 10 this time to see if anything changes. Love all the mods and appreciate the effort :)
