The only file in the download is a link to a mega download file, and the only file in there is the dlc.rpf. What am I missing?
There is no content.meta file. the only thing in the file is a mega download link in and that download there is only the dlc.rpf. what am I missing?

@HKH191 Thanks for the help I didn't have 1 of the files installed because I was using Enhanced trainer so I skipped that file.

@HKH191 you put "@ CLYDE_89 in online interiors.ini and open all interiors set show blips to 0 " I asked how do you check because he said he had the same problem has me
