ok first you go to your main game folder and copy the update folder and make another folder and rename it mods and go inside the mods folder and paste the update folder then open the open iv and select ASI manager in the top there 3 install buttons then click the install then you can drag and drop the scripthook, scripthook v.net, lua plugin file in you main direct and download the addonpeds . if you can't understand install addonpeds then you can watch in youtube how to download addonpeds
