To anyone who has had installed this file but still has the stock zentorno, make sure you are installing your "zentorno replace" files in patchday9ng instead of patchday3ng since as of the posting of this comment, R* has update the stock files of the zentorno so you have to trick the game into thinking that you are R* and are making another update to the zentorno in order to get your mod.
