Yes, it looks like Rockstar themselves broke something. I can't even launch the OpenIV asi plugin. I tried replacing it with OpenRPF.asi but it still doesn't work. If I edit the main game files, I can't launch the game at all, a message appears that the files are damaged. If using the preset from Skin Control doesn't help, then you've obviously broken something yourself or some other mod is interfering. I've tested this mod even on the "Enhanced" version and everything works correctly (I just converted the models/textures to the new format)

I still use "Skin Control" for this task. It saves the face parameters most accurately. Menyoo and Simple Trainer reset all sliders to 0, you have to change them manually and it still doesn't work out.

@strawQ111 You are interested in settings like "parents" and "skin tone". Depending on the software you are using. That is when the correct textures are applied.

@strawQ111 I've already explained everything and even made a video, all of this is in the archive with the mod. You need to adjust the skin tone of the multiplayer character, and not try to change skins like in other mediocre nude mods.

I confirm that skip intro doesn't work in the Enhance version, this is the first thing I added to the game from mods.
