Depends on what you're planning to do. Do you want to replace a ped, or do you want to use the Add-on Peds?
@killme88 No idea when. When I get working on modding peds in again, perhaps.

My plans are to get a bigger cast of Mario characters on to there. Sonic characters, I can't imagine, especially not before key ones like Peach, Bowser, Daisy, Yoshi, and others.
