@HKH191 Okay, I think the reason why I can't buy the Maze bank is because this save is still pretty early in the game. Looks like I still haven't unlocked Michael, let alone the Paleto job.

There is now a marker for an office there (it wasn't there when I still had SPA installed), but I can't see where to buy it now.
@HKH191 I'm running into a performance drop as well.
If SPA is Single Player Apartments, then yes. I do, because it's a recommended mod for your Weapon/Vehicle Trader mod.
