Also wondering - I see there is a list of configurable Keyboard codes to edit into the ent-config.xml (there is a link to a site that has the codes), however there doesnt seem to be any documentation on the Controller codes. I found another user who is in the same situation as me where they want to change the Menu Toggle button combination. Presently the config comes with <controller function="KEY_TOGGLE_MAIN_MENU" button1="206" button2="192"/>. Is there a guide to what values are used for the other buttons so we can configure this correctly for controllers?
Hey I just tried this out and LOVE it. Well done. Question though - Many vehicles are despawning, like all the FIB and police cars. Is this something that can be fixed? Thank you !
The only difference in the video and what we see with this latest version is that there is no 'gamepad.xml file. There is another file called 'assembly.xml' that is used instead. Also please know that the REBUILD function is now called DEFRAFMENT in OPENIV.
I'm not sure if this is worth mentioning, but when asked in OPENIV, I opted for installing this in the MODS directory instead of the game folder. This might have been what solved the issue of the 'corrupted files' problem some people were experiencing.
After an update today this mod was still working ok, but for some reason my game woudlnt get past the first settings page. I decided to redownload all the game files. Game is running ok, but the buttons were missing, so I reinstalled this mod via the package installer with OPENIV. Now I am getting a message about corrupted game files and the game will not launch (I even went into offline mode before launching).
Can you explain what might be going on here, and what I might do to get this awesome mod working again?

in step 3 of the instructions it says to SAVE the file. Can you please describe which file to save, and where to save it?
