I now have it loaded in but without scenario patch, is this wrong or do I not need scenario patch.

could someone help me please after installation of wov now my game doesn't even launch at all now from the rockstar launcher. but if I remove scenario patch it will launch but results with an infinite loading screen.

hi, my bank editor doesnt seem to work when i go to edit money on any of the players or clear bank nothing happens. could somebody help please.

how come when i'm in a stolen car the police don't notice unless i'm already being chased. like i can be sat in front of them in a stolen car and nothing happens?

@WindowsExPee how do you activate the stolen vehicles feature?

Does your progress save when you exit the game ?
