Steps to fix your game (most likely):
Step 1 - Install the newest gameconfig here and the adjustments for packfile and heap that are below gameconfig download button on the left side when you scroll up.
Step 2 - Delete the NEW CHRISTHMAS update dlclist entries (The Last 4 Lines (should be))
Step 3 - If your addon vehicles keep disappearing in game, INSTALL MENYOO TRAINER (It was a must for me)
Step 4 - If your game still crashes START FROM SCRATCH and see what is causing it to crash.
Those steps worked for me and I use other mods and I have about 10 pages of addon vehicles installed plus LSPDFR, it all works well after I did what I listed above.
