That said, the red yellow green should be up top, not the middle to bottom.
Seems in reality, a lot of intersections but at random are slowly having these replaced on the lights for some reason.
These look more like old Illinois lights than present day California.
These don't look like California lights but they do look like Chicago lights, except the yellow paint scheme. Otherwise this fits the GTA Chicago mod, the irony actual Chicago wants to ban this game now, blaming it for real crime.
