@giorgi34 Press 5 to select then use 4 and 6 buttons on your numpad to change parameters.
@sneh06 You can change the key in the ent-config.xml file. It's under the Enhanced Native Trainer folder in your GTA root directory.
@thriller The difference in graphics is less than for the legacy version unfortunately.
@sam2015 @DozyGamer @archi00 I managed to install it. You have to use CodeWalker RPF Explorer to drag files, not the File Explorer. Launch the RPF Explorer --> File --> Open Folder. Open the 'manual installation\mods\update.rpf' folder. It will appear at the bottom of the folder tree in the RPF Explorer. Copy/paste files using the folder tree in the RPF Explorer.

@schnurboy @ArtemGTASHNIK ENT is for legacy version only. Do not try to use it with the Enhanced edition.
@magneto20 Do you load a 100% completion savegame? I have the same problem with parachutes. But when i started the new game the problem vanished. You no longer have infnite parachutes. So i've been thinkin' if infinite parachutes is a reward for 100% game completion.
