An idea I would have already if the not yet in the comments already came and it would be perhaps super sites to use fields as you have to drive some very very far: D which is not as wrong as for example transports from hospital to Hospital also those on the other side of the map are the are okay :D

Maybe I would give you a few ideas to your EMS Mod would help you gladly since I have no idea of scribts but I see in your mod very much potential since I even made a small rescue service education in Germany and I like a mod for Gta v and your mod is really cool.
