Looks good but it lacks sounds

I was thinking of a mod like this (not planning to make one) because I used to play on the Xbox and I just decided "Hey why not go on the Xbox?" and then since my eyes are bad I had to use my glasses and even then I couldn't see the subtitles without crashing (I have to play with no sounds because my parent's get mad when they hear the game and they normally sleep when i'm on the xbox which is rare for me to do)

Clicking F3 loads it but in a split second closes it and you can't load it again

How to replace the skin with peds you didn't put anything in the desc but thanks for thinking were all advance modders

Pretty cool mod tbh

Can't use it i'm new to Modding and I don't know where everything is thank you for assuming every human on earth knows where the location is.
