@Tyler Conley It only enhances the sounds during a thunderstorm, giving it a more immersive feeling. So every time a thunderstorm passes trough San Andreas the thunder sounds of this mod will be heard. Please note that there are no visual modifications or weather scripts included in this mod.
@whodatninja That's because you drag the files directly from the .rar folder. Please extract the files to a normal folder first, then drag them from that folder into openIV.
