I found the solution for the person who press F7 and nothing happens. Download this : goo.gl/vmzFMS it's Script Hook dot net v1.7.1.7 BETA for GTA 4 but it's work for GTA 5. Unzipp and paste all in your GTA 5 directory folder. I try it and now Map Editor work when i press F7. I think the problem it's about the SCRIPTS folder, because in many .ZIP of Scripthook, they don't have the scripts folder with different file inside.
