found the problem. reshade.ini has to be like this (in your case):
TextureSearchPaths=R:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V,R:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\reshade-shaders\Textures
EffectSearchPaths=R:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V,R:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\reshade-shaders\Shaders
now it works.
where did u get that rockstar livery for toyota tho
