Most times it wont pop up when hitting F4, tried with a different hotkey and same result.
Guys if you are crashing while loading go to the script folder and open SPA_Tool.exe and disable the load of MP Map. It worked for me.
My game crashes "ERR_FIL_PACK_1". I have a couple mods installed but still crashes when I disable all the others.
