I picked up a mission to destroy a rival boat. It showed a red boat out in the ocean to destroy, and a yellow dot on the map that was the "destination". I went to the destination first. As soon as I arrived, it wouldn't allow me to exit my vehicle and I had to exit the game. Looks awfully buggy.

I was able to get it working by disabling the blips in the Online Interiors mod. It's in the INI file for that mod.
