Hello, just further updating you to help with diagnosis. It turns out for some odd reason the game started crashing from the mod. I know because upon removing it, the crashing stopped. At first, the crash was every hour or 30 minutes. Then, it quickly became minutes until it would crash over and over.
this doesn't work for me at all. I enabled only spawning where I died or got arrested, everything else is at 0. It's in the root gta directory. any solutions?

It seems to work fairly well, except for the fact the game stutters every second FPS-wise. It's so minute at first, but after about a few minutes around traffic/peds, I notice that the stutter increases in time greatly. If I close and re open the game, it's back to the solid FPS I was getting before this occurs. It will get better if I change character. Any ideas?

Sometimes, it will get better if I change character or teleport, but usually not, and it usually only lessens the issue, not rids of it. What could this be?
Amazing mod, however multiple blips don't show up anymore, like the gun store blips or mission blips. Any way we can toggle them? I don't see it in the ini file.
