Potential is here. I love your mods. However I feel the rating is deserved because the misleading nature and the fact its "featured" but clearly unfinished (or lulz you got my hopes up dude). However install couldn't be easier. lol I just loaded up GTA IV for a more fulfilling bowling experience. Good effort! Oh and... WINDOWS 7 x64 FOREVARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Love that you kept it Declasse, with gov exempt plates xD. 5 stars for easy install, add-on not replace, keeping it GTA in-game cannon. Gives a GTASA vibe! Could u make a highway patrol variant? Keep on mod'n
