There is a way to keep the last 3 cars i entered from disappearing while i am close to them ? (the persistence 1 mod had this feature)

Hi, there is any way to make the PED gain money ? i would like to have a complete new experience with each new character , so i I put all my money on stocks, and start with 0, but the ped does not collect any money : < . Thanks : D
