It works but it doesn't. Enemies just do not spawn during a gang war. I have to manually make them spawn. Kind of defeats the purpose of doing gang wars. I have no issue with ambient gang spawns, but as soon as I start a war they all stop spawning instantly.

I had to remove this as it keeps deleting my purchased weapons making me have to buy them again.
@DisabledCheeseWheel Have you tried using the ini files from this? https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars I have been using it for the last few weeks with no issues. Might be worth trying at least.

Oiv does nothing but throw up errors about missing XML files from the mods folder that are already in the mods folder. Have tried multiple times.
