@Jacobeforthewin you have to extract it and use OpenIV if you have not used it before you must install all of the ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI plugins (it will remind you to so don't worry just need to click it), there you must go to GTA V folder, then go to x64e.rpf folder, go to /models , /cdimages , /'streamedpeds_a_c.rpf then turn on 'Edit mode' at the top and it will ask you to either create a mods folder or copy the file to your mods folder and you click 'Show in mods folder' or 'Create mods folder'. Then all you have to do is replace the files with what you downloaded
Take notice this mod might cause some bugs (at least for me caused my game to crash a couple of times) so before you replace the origiinal files from OpenIV you should save them in a different folder so you can back up in case something happens

This mod does not work for me I use simple trainer 9.8 so i figured out it might not be compatible with it but I just tested without the trainer and it still doesn't work. Anyone knows how to fix this? I've wanted this mod for a really long time :/

@MorbidTurtle22 I had this error ERR_MEM_EMBEDDEDALLOC_ALLOC turns out it was a memory problem, the crashes stopped after I installed this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/heap-limit-adjuster-600-mb-of-heap though I still lag sometimes. How do I change to 1x peds 1x vehicles?
This mod causes lag and game crashes after 10-15 mins of gameplay because there are cars spawning everywhere non stop, GTX 1070 8GB 16GB ram please fix this
