2. export "dlclist.xml" from "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/" to your desktop with OpenIV
open the file with any text editor, add the following line to the end:
dlcpacks:\msls\
3. Import "dlclist.xml" again to the path mentioned above using OpenIV
4. Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
car spawn name : msls

@ChevoyyyNFS idk if its up to handling, im bad with xml files. But ive give it full gas against the wall and i can see its awd yk. (srry for my bad Eng lol)

@ChevoyyyNFS i would download it for sure. Not to hate this mod but the hangling is so bad, it understeers and all yk.
@Darwino Oh alright. Never tested the handling from this mod, because I alway make the handling for all the cars i'm downloading. I'll see if I can get it uploaded in the next hour.
