Hello GTA 5 Mods community! Today is my second release of a police vehicle, I have made trucks before and posted them on here, but just recently I have learned how to make ELS cars and now I have put forth a vehicle for you all to use today!

im new to all of this but when I download this it shows up as a note with all different symbols. what am I doing wrong.

when I click download it asks what I would like to do when its done. I click open instead of opening with folders and files it opens as a word doc full of symbols
