Keep trying. I like it so far. You do need some work on the steering wheel and speedometer.

TIP:
Import original model from GTA 4 again.
Delete all but the steering wheel. Unlinking is required. Also unlink from LOD's.
Import the GTA 5 car model. I am not talking about the Trailblazer. I am talking about your ideal replacement car. (i.E: Baller, Super GT, premier, etc.)
Line up the ideal-car-replacement-steering wheel with your steering wheel. Make sure that the wheels are both aligned close enough.
Do not move Blazer's steering wheel.
Unlink the ideal-car-replacement-steering wheel and delete the LOD
Link the Blazer's steering wheel with the actual to LOD0
Done

Doesn’t work. Crashes my game on loading screen as soon as clicking to be loaded into SP
