Doppler on Wheels is a fleet of X-band radar trucks maintained by the Center for Severe Weather Research in Boulder, Colorado, led by principal investigator Joshua Wurman, with the funding largely provided by the National Science Foundation. (Wikipedia)
I thought this would go nicely with the TIV mod.
Installation:
-Place dow.xml in your vehicle folder in menyoostuff
(C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Vehicle)
How to spawn:
-activate menyoo by pressing F8 (or whatever your menu bind is) and navigate to vehicles - vehicle spawner - saved vehicles - dow
Requirements:
Menyoo https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Shoutout to the best storm chaser in GTA, Jeff Favignano.
Changelog:
1.0 DOW is released
1.1 Fixed "invalid model" glitch

how am I gonna use this with unsupported version of menyoo? :d
So why would this be telling me invalid model?

Ok, now that it works - this is good, especially for a first mod. If I were to make any recommendations, you might want to take a cue from the Sandking Stormchaser you mentioned and have some equipment in the cabin.
As a suggestion for future developments: Look into Vanillaworks. It has a biff, mule, and soon trashmaster flatbed that would give you some extra room to work and not need the steel plates laid over a hitch.
