Installation using DLC thanks to SkylineGTRFreak. All three versions are now available: MRAP with machine gun (original), NoOSE version and FBI version.

Initial Realease
This mod adds two new versions of MRAPS (NOOSE and FBI) to the original version.
MRAPS vehicles are also used by law enforcement agencies such as the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on their SWAT teams.

Install Instructions:
1. Place the "cougar4x4" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. With OpenIV, open [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and add this with Notepad++
dlcpacks:\cougar4x4\
3. Open extratitleupdatedata.meta (It is at the same place [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\) and add these lines with Notepad++
dlc_cougar4x4:/
update:/dlc_patch/cougar4x4/
4. Now you are done, you will need a trainer with "spawn by name" function (Enchanted Native Trainer for example) to spawn the vehicle type in:
"cougar4" (DEFAULT WITH MACHINEGUN)
"noosecougar4" (NOOSE EDITION)
"fbicougar4" (FBI EDITION)

@HitlerHimmler Did you install according to the indications? The carvariations.meta file determines the sirens and lights.
@MvcGyver Yes, bro, I did. I just add carvariations.meta from pack to dlcpacks\cougar4x4\dlc.rpf\common\data. And I didn't change anything in that meta file. In game, when I'am pressing horn button, I hear just truck horn, and no siren sound and no lights. It's so strange...
@HitlerHimmler Oh, I already found the error. Go to C: \ SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ common \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ cougar4x4 \ dlc.rpf \ common \ data and copy the file carvariations.meta.
Then go to C: \ SteamLibraryV \ steamapps \ common \ Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ cougar4x4 \ dlc.rpf \ and open and edit the content.xml file with the notebook.
Once the file is opened, add the following line:

@MvcGyver Unfortunately bro, it's not working for me:((( I just added carvar line to content.xml but in game nothing had change, only truck horn sound, why it's happening? Such a brainteaser :D
