Installation:
Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:\ps13\
Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and make a folder called ps13.
add the included dlc.rpf file
Spawn Name: PS13

Bugs:
No broken glass (maybe next update)
No brake lights (on/off) just turn on on the night.
Use vstance to edit suspension. ****

Finally a stock S13! But thought you should lift the car up a bit, and i like that you used GTA V plates. Il give u full starts if that!
@Lil Slim C lol i just slam the car for the pictures with vstancer ( https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/vstancer ) , actually the car have his normal height try it up :) car its completely stock
