USE TRAINER TO CHANGE COLORS, window bars are in extra slots so as such they dont move

What is the path to install this? I've been searching mods for hours for something JUST like this but I'm a noob at modding. Anyone have insight to where some files go and where the insurgent files are to replace?
How do i choose which insurgent i want in my game? like what if i only want the one without the turret.
