Tracked Handling for Dozer/D7R add on [BETA] 1.0

I finally got this behavior right by nearly maxing out the steering lock, playing with some other settings and turning on the "steer all wheels" flag for the D7R add on. Big thanks to Tall70 and GTA mods wiki for helping me understand flags. Big updates to my other handling mods are coming soon as well as new ones.
Dozer: I increased power and torque a bit to help it push objects around.
Turning at full speed will cause you to stop and turn in place
unless you lightly tap the direction you want to turn.
It may occasionally slide a bit when trying to turn around on an uneven surface.
Trying to turn around with a heavy or stationary object against you
may also cause it to slide unrealistically. Working on a solution to this but other
projects need my attention for now.
Installation instructions are included in the readme, you must copy/paste the provided separate data to use it for the vanilla/replaced dozer.
