A Primo edit I made a while ago wich was later improved allot by Just_Riko.
Features:
-Cambered SSR MK1 wheels
-Custom Koenig kit (Extended Zokusha style parts)
-Angled sidemirrors
-Longnose (Sharknose)
-Functioning hood exit long exhausts (Takeyari)
-Custom interior
-Musical horn set (visual only)
Probably forgot some stuff, but you will probably discover it yourselfs.

these cars r so ugly... lol, but its actually a real thing in Japan. Like, Super rice the cars until they r so ugly u dont even wanna look at it anymore then they cruise around and go to car meets. Good job on the model tho. lol

This is the most substantial and quality things anybody has done with the primo yet. Over the top, yet still kinda quality.
Which reminds me, why hasn't anyone done a Primo police car yet? I mean, it's the closest vanilla counterpart to a caprice, I'd thought it be obvious.

@krashadam Well shit, I normally don't go outta my way to look for em', I just sort check out the latest section every other day, saw this; and thought "hey, that looks cool". Just something about it that appeals to me.

Hey, while your at it, could you perhaps be an angel and make an FIB/FBI version too? 11john11 mentioned he might be doing some undercover stuff, but I doubt it includes a Primo. Also, I'd look at his stuff if you need a reference for what a good police car mod looks like; real excellent stuff he makes.
