All we wanted a beach house, so we have put together some money and built a tower of 6 floor with 3 super apartments in Del Perro Beach.
...15 photos are very few to show the tower ... I made a video with more photos.

You need Map Editor by Guadmaz https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor,
If you just want to load maps
F7 -> load -> xml -> alebal_tower
Load the map from Franklin home to have the pool water.
The complete tower is quite heavy. The editor should support 2048 objects, but to the 1800-1900 starts doing strange things ... I do not know why.
So, I decided to create the interiors separately.
You can load:
one by one or alebal_tower_int all together.
There is also the marina. Load alebal_tower_marina.
If you want the SPG version as well then you need Single Player Garage by mlgthatsme https://it.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-garage.
Copy the folder alebal_tower_garage in scripts/SinglePlayerGarage.
Restart the game

Unfortunately I collided with the limits on the number of objects of editor. They should be 2048, but seems to have problems already achieved the 1800 to 1900. I do not think depends only by the editor, but also from the PC in which it runs. On my 2 pc behaviors are different. The only advice I can give is to load interiors one by one, I noticed that a lot improves things. Hopefully in future updates to the editor for significant improvements.

Shit I have almost the same project under construction! So I can just like the idea ;) Nice job!
mmh, we can't load all together
In practice you can, but I saw that at some point some floor loses alignment, moving some walls, the stairs on the roof does not work anymore ... strange things ... maybe it's my pc, but he did it very often.
@alebal No it's a mapeditor bug. When you load a map too many times, certain objects are moving alone very slowly... The only things to do is replace them... I know its not cool

I can load it, but the fps will drop to nearly 14, and some beds seems missing.
