Rally stage in Tongva hills, through the vineyards.
Installation:
Download the Map Editor
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Copy the "WRC 15" file into your GTA 5 folder press F7 ingame select "load map" select "XML" and type in "WRC 15".
Have fun!!!!!
I have added some small lights (blue to mark the road, red for obstacles), also wood plates to ride over a fence. Strong light on the start and finish

thanks man i hope you can make "north yankton" improvement map as make it bigger and without bugs like car fall in water and other bugs it will be very great .
@sokr First of all, I'm more that happy that you like the mod, I really appreciated it, man.
I was doing some research about North Yankton and I don't have it available all the time (just for one specific mission), maybe I need to install some mod. As soon as I have access I'll see what I can do
install open all interiors will maybe help you. and install simple trainer 3.4, you can teleport to NYK. these 2 mods can be found in this site.
