Don't know why this mod exists, the blips are there by default.
For the fix files, you need Map Editor by Guadmaz, you also need to have a folder named "AutoloadMaps" in scripts directory

@gtavjamal The problem with that is if I attempt to do that, I will get a DMCA Takedown notice. Unfortunately, I can't do that. Sorry, Blame Rockstar Games for that.
