Here is a new and modern city added in the Redwood Lights Track. You will find neighborhoods with houses and buildings, parks, restaurants, shops, office residences and many more.

Installation:
Drag the "citip.xml" to GTA 5 > menyooStuff > Spooner and the "citip2.xml" in the main directory. Then, in game, load the "citip.xml" with Menyoo and the other one with Map Editor.

looks great.. but the props are xml and its extremely hard to put into fivem server.. anyway to get the props in a ymap?
PLease por favor make this an addon map? it is amazing!
still missing most of the ground for me. While its all packaged.. if you dont pay for the high end package of props.. you cant use this on fivem.. which is what i have been waiting for.

@gta5testya "Can you make this to ymap?" You can do that yourself with the ME2YM tool (also on this site).
@Erezria "I find it very shabby that they want to charge you for some *** objects on a map," Nobody is charging for anything. Comment and rating removed.
I have the yMap version and all of it is floating above the ground in the FiveM server.
