This mod replaces the "Swoosh" mission complete sound with one of the cut beta sounds, originally, each character had his own Sound.
INSTALL:
Using Open IV drag your chosen sound to 64x/audio/sfx/SCRIPT.RPF
Each song has it's own sample for you to listen and choose the coolest one.
( WARNING: Only one sound is supported, choose only one. )

Wow, great find! Too bad these were cut, they're all cooler than that swoosh sound. Hopefully in the future all three can be implemented for each character as they were originally intended.
Damn, you had me excited until I read the warning. I was really hoping someone had found a way to assign the "big" and "small" character-specific mission complete sounds to specific missions. Oh well, maybe some day.

Holy crap, i have found these sound files week ago and i tought of making the same mod!! :D I hope that in the future someone will replace mission passed sound with silence (no sound) and will make a script that will play this specific themes on their characters when mission got passed. Like i sad violin mod. When you die, script makes custom music play outside of the game.

michael's mission complete is quite weird imo, but the franklin and trevor ones are awesome
@Fuderoso Apparently this is from an earlier stage the game was in when they had different plans for the musical score. Each character was going to have their own unique tracks for missions and such, even down to the pause menu music (which the current one is left over from, it's Michael's pause menu theme). But then they scrapped it and got Tangerine Dream to do the score for the whole game, instead of each specific character. So good-bye unique mission complete sounds.
@HardcoreLiberal Not really. The tone is very similar to Miami Vice. Makes sense for Michael since he likes being lost in an 80s fantasy.

I remember finding this when going through the sounds! I'm glad you put this in here, it's nice for a change up!
@incognito99 The footsteps are only for the new dlc after lowriders, which is stupid, but luckily, Gta Realism fixes all of this but the footsteps. Maybe it will even fix the footsteps.
