UPhoria is a mod for Grand Theft Auto V which overhauls and improves the Euphoria physics in the game.
From a lot of tweaking and messing around I can say that I'm happy with this version and I'm ready to release it. If you have any issues or problems please let me know in the comments.
More updates will be coming soon to improve the physics and fix some things, stay tuned.
How to install:
If you do not have OpenIV download and install it at https://openiv.com.
Download the mod and extract the files using any .zip extractor, once you have done that double click (or right click and press open) on the .oiv file in the .zip, if OpenIV asks you to select the game folder set the folder to the one with GTA5.exe in it.
Changelog from current update (1.2):
Improved general balancing and updated some stuff related to impulses
Fatal wounds wont make them immediately fall to their knees and will now give them some time to balance.
Peppering pedestrians with bullets now have a way lower chance of making them fall over

@xdragongtx for legacy you can just use the .oiv file (install instructions in description), for enhanced i don't know, i used to use enhanced before i switched to legacy, there might be a way with enough tinkering to install this but until i figure it out idk
@sparklingspacess a video demonstration of the mod might improve ratings and encourage more people to download.
@BigC_GTA theres 2 video demonstrations on the page itself, one is for the version thats available for download (1.1) and another for 1.2 (waiting until an admin approves it for being published), do you mean video on the page or just a video on youtube itself?

@kiut ignore that, i couldn't think of a good enough name for the backups of files i was using, those aren't installed into the game and i'm sure they are either just vanilla euphoria config or some old version of uphoria
