Decapitation is a mod for GTA V that adds realistic and brutal decapitation effects to pedestrians, when you shoot a pedestrian in the head with a powerful weapon their head will get destroyed and blood will start spraying and spilling out of the remains of the pedestrians lower-half of their head.
How to install:
Get GTAVTools from https://github.com/sparklingspacess/GTAVTools/releases/tag/main4
If you do not have OpenIV get it at https://openiv.com
Make sure you have ScriptHookV, ScriptHookV .NET and OpenIV.asi installed into your game.
Drag GTAVTools.dll and GTAVMemScanner.dll into your "scripts" folder in the game directory, if you do not have one create it.
Download this mod.
Extract the zip into wherever (desktop is recommended).
Run OpenIV and in the game selection screen choose GTA V for Windows.
Enter your games folder location (you only have to do this once).
Navigate to the topbar and click Tools then click ASI Manager.
Install ASI Loader.
Install OpenIV.ASI.
Optionally, you can install openCamera to remove the camera limits within the Rockstar Editor.
Once you have done all of that, open the folder for your specific game version.
Run Install.oiv and press the white Install button and choose the Mods folder.
Press the Install button with the blue checkmark and wait for it to finish.
Once it has finished close the window and copy Decapitation.dll from this mods extracted folder into your "scripts" folder.
The mod is now installed!

For anyone having issues with the mod not working, I'm looking into it now, It'll be fixed soon.
Bam! and the head is gone
@sparklingspacess I noticed. But there is also an .ini file ; Do I need to put it also in the scripts folder or not? At first, the fix didn't work for me, but i re-installed it but with the .dll file from the previous update, and this works. Only that the "headless walking" issue has not been solved on my end, but i think it has nothing to do with your awesome mod, must be a glitch in my mods folder itself.Although it is very funny, makes me think of a turkey that has been killed and still walks around (happened in real life for sure) Anyways, the OIV installer makes it so much easier, thanks!
@7777N on the older upload of 1.1 the .ini file wasnt there and thats what caused incompatibility, yes it does go in ur scripts folder, if you are still having problems make sure you updated your gtavtools

@sparklingspacess also one more thing, focus on this mod. trust me, one day this mod would get hundreds of thousands of downloads because these type of gore/dismemberment mods are super uncommon on gta 5 modding and most gore mods are just blood mods. good work man
