Got bored, decided to cross the sea and massacre the human population.
Skin replaces "rough skin damage" on mp characters for singleplayer.
SP Installation:
Launch OpenIV and click edit mode.
Drag and drop into:
Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\models\ped-mp-overlay-txds.rpf
or if you use a mods folder,
