you can use AddonPeds or .......
using openiv go to GTA V / x64w / dlcpacks / mphipster / dlc / x64 / models / cdimages / mphipster / right click on mp_f_freemode_01_female_freemode_hipster and select copy to "mods" folder - hit edit mode - open mp_f_freemode_01_female_freemode_hipster - replace " lowr_002_r " and " lowr_diff_002_a_whi " with " lowr_000_r " and " lowr_diff_000_a_whi " in Black_Widow folder ,
in the game use Skin Control to select freemode female player .
