Also gore is confirmed in Red Dead Redemption 2, so why not here?
Installation
Place Dismemberment.dll and DismembermentWeapons.cfg into your "scripts" folder and place DismembermentASI.asi into your root folder. dlc.rpf goes inside mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\dismemberment, don't forget to add the entry to dlclist.xml. You will need the latest versions of ScriptHookV, ScriptHookVDotNet, the game, and a brain.
About
This mod lets you dismember peds like in GTA SA/Red Dead Redemption by blowing their head and other body parts off with weapons you choose.

Gore Mod Installation
1. Copy Dismemberment.dll and DismembermentWeapons.cfg to "scripts" folder
2. Put DismembermentASI.asi and Dismemberment.ini into GTA V root folder
3. Put dlc.rpf in folder named dismemberment and copy this here mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\dismemberment,
4. Add entary line down below to end of dlclist.xml here MODS/UPDATE/UPDATE.RPF/COMMON/DATA/DLCLIST.XML
<Item>dlcpacks:\dismemberment\</Item>
(you also can open and chenge it in OpenIV without Notepad++)
5. You will need the latest versions of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNetHave a nice day!

I added dismemberment mod into my DLCPacks and DLCLists, entering the game and I crash instantly. Any fixes?

Kinda works, but sometimes the NPC will get distorted. Also, it's be nice to have it working on corpses just in case we want to mutilate a dead person to make him look nice.

anyway to make the NPC lose Limbs and still be alive and have animations when a limb is detached

Gore is also confirmed in Red Dead Redemption 2, so it made me want to update this :D
