Tracking your face by a simple webcam and FaceTrackNoIR.
Known bugs of first person mode:
- very hard to enter in any transport (need to come right to the door) - for more easily entry in any transport hold down the relevant key;
- when you are fighting or attacking someone, hold down the relevant key for control by mouse;
- at some angles you see a part of the body of a character;

Installation:
Place facetrack.asi and facetrack.ini in the GTA V directory where the ScriptHookV placed. Once you are load the GTA.ini file (which is located in the directory FaceTrackNoIR of archive) in a FaceTrackNoIR program, press Start in a frame with labeled "GO!" and leave it running in the background mode.
Check the compatibility of your webcam and FaceTrackNoIR
You need to have installed:
- FaceTrackNoIR (1.7)
- ScriptHookV (v1.0.791.2)

For some reason that I mentioned above, the axis of controls are the same and if you are controlling character with facetrack, mouse move will be overlapped by facetrack and in the reverse sense, move the head with a facetrack will be overlapped by mouse move. Now this is partially fixed so - when holding down the relevant key of control character, the face tracking will be temporarily stopped, but mouse control will be actively.

Couldn't for the life of me coax FaceTrackNoIR 1.7 to read my actual TrackIR -- the PointTracker plugin was of no use because the main application itself wouldn't detect TrackIR in the first place. (I blame NaturalPoint -- it's exactly the underhanded bullcrap they normally pull in their patches.)
What a shame, I was hoping it might work out. =)

Does this work on the latest updates of GTA 1.40 ? I'm going to use this for driving mostly using tracking of Vive exported to opentrack. you can check grandtheftvr but it messes with the fov of the game. here's a sample of me playing it on my tv while the vive is on my forehead:

The faster i go the more the cam shakes. Its not too bad but i cant look past it
@edmondko Hey, can you help me getting opentrack working with GTA V? I've got opentrack running properly but GTA doesn't react to the tracking.
@-Pao How do you connect opentrack to facetrack by the UDP receiver? I run opentrack with UDP output 5555 and facetrack with UDP input 5550 but facetrackd doesn't receive anything.
@romtrep It's currently not possible, I've used grandtheftvr mod which couples the tracking of the vive headset, but there's no good implementation with opentrack unfortunately. I'd be happy to see opentrack implemetation for GTAV

I have set this all up however when i move my head left and right its moving the map in the corner and not in the car itself ?? the mouse is the only way i can look around in the car ??

Could anybody find a solution for camera shake when you got wanted levels and you drive fast? No problem until I got a wanted level, then vehicle 1st person camera starts to shake. As fast as I drive as annoying this camera shake. As soon as wanted level clears, then everything is back to normal.
