this script was commissioned by CJ_2Brizzy on my discord server, This Script adds a Black Market Van to the game, this van will allow you to purchase and customize Weapons & Sell Weapons + Attachements, purchase and Sell Vehicles, as well as purchasing a callable Gun Van, to find the van itself you might need to do some searching!, search the game for the Black Market Van, the van will respawn in a new destination every 5 minutes, around your localized area, if your in Grapeseed it will spawn in grapeseed, if your in the city it will spawn in the city, if your in Sandy Shores it will spawn in Sandy Shores etc.
by default, to locate the van you will either need to find its location by yourself, or wait for a text from the black market seller, going to them and buying the location will reveal the location on your map or set Show Blip Initial Dist to 10000, in Main.ini inside Black Market Folder
to add a vehicle to the list of buyable and sellable vehicles add your vehicle like so
Spawn Name = Price, Vehicle Full Name, Vehicle Class
Example : KHANJARI = 2895000,TM-02 Khanjali, Military
install
1. download and Install scripthookv + Scripthookvdotnet
2. create a scripts folder (named scripts and not Scripts) if you havent got one already
3. drag TheBlackMarket.dll, TheBlackMarket.pdb, TheBlackMarket folder into scripts
4. Drag HKHModHelperNew.dll and HKHModHelperNew.pdb into scripts
5. install LemonUI for SHVDN3

i followed the installation process yet nothing happens
Hi! Same problem as the other guy mentioned. Game crashes as soon as i open the gun van menu
[23:56:21] [ERROR] Script HKHModHelperNew.Class1 is not responding! Aborting ...
@HKH191 hey, this mod causes a bug with the buying menu in other stores, causing the character to move while the buy menu is open, tested in ammunation.

Is there a way I can change the gun prices or no?
@HKH191 I just tested it again and it 100% happens after using the gun van and going to ammunation
@HKH191 @Franky_47 I had the same thing as Franky_47. It obscures the vision of the pistols etc in the showcase. One other thing that I have is that everytime I visit the gun van or call the weapons dealer car and I enter the menu, no matter if I purchase something or not, a permanent meassage "Class1 Active" appears in the bottom of the screen even when I leave the van etc. Only way to get rid of it is to reload the scripts. Must have been a forgotten debug message. Hope that you can check those things out since it is already a fine mod.
@gorgonut make sure to update modhelper, was a issue in v9.0 for "Class1 active"
@HKH191 Thanks for the fast response mate. I have the mod helper from the "Yusuf Amir's Tow Service" mod (great one by the way, still exploring it). So it is up to date.

vehicle does not spawn when buying it, but weapons works fine
@HKH191 Of course after testing every black market type mod on this site, I ended up testing this one last and its the coolest and best one out of all of them. 2 things tho. What is the mod helper files in every one of your mods and do I need it to run this mod? And when I left the van and came right back to it I got teleported across the map underneath the map. I close out of the van menu and I'm back to normal.
@SnakeSlippers yeah the modhelper is needed for the menus, as it makes purchasing weapons in my mods possible without duplicating huge amounts of code, and not sure for why it would tp you under the map
@HKH191 Alright cool, just making sure it was needed or like some extra stuff. I'll do more testing about the teleporting part tho.
