For anyone concerned for device's safety or that I stole the original script, here is explanation which will be included as a comment in .ini file:
This script is revamped version of the original Tornado Script by CamxxCore. I don't want to implement malicious code as I don't have bad intentions. If someone publishes my mod as a copy, don't download it, because there can be a malicious code. Be safe! For people who think I stole his Script. There are many people who used his source code to make their own versions(Like for FiveM, With more customizations). If you encounter issues with this mod, let me know. If you are harmed by one of the copies or saw one which can and will appear, report them to GTA 5 Mods Team.

The INI config file gives you the option to adjust this mod.
Default tornado spawn key is the F6 key(can be configured in .ini file)
Menu toggle key is the F5 key(In 1.4.0 or higher version!)(configuration coming in the near future)

For anyone wondering and still don't understand by what I mean there is no audio(There is an explanation in every single description, README.txt file and even in .ini file). I removed Audio, because it was crashing GTA V. It wasn't not audio or audio files themselves, but rather the reference NAudio.dll which lets to use audio playback. IN 2.x.x VERSIONS, IT IS VERY POSSIBLE THAT I WILL ADD AUDIO BACK!

@BlueIsAtlantic When I tried using v1.4.0, pressing F5 would always bring up a window.
When I typed the False command in the INI,
KeybindsEnabled = false
; Keybinds enabled
ToggleScript = false
; Tornado activation code
However, in v1.3.0, there were no problems when typing the above command.

@natthapong888 Menu always will be toggable with F5(or upcoming custom keybind option) to the main page. use backspace or click outside the menu to turn off TornadoV menu.
@natthapong888 Yes, This menu can't be set as false to not work as it is "main" part of this mod. it will be there forever. I am looking into doing custom key, but for now, the default is F5

Its original version had a console. Is that present in the new version, and what is its function?I think you should add the sound playback function back. If you're worried about instability, you can add a switch, with the sound playback turned off by default. This way, at least the function won't be missing.
@JoyLucien Sorry, too late, because I removed NAudio.dll, not general audio. Because NAudio was causing instability. And many scripts had Audio intergrations. Now I can't track all scripts which had Audio code.(Maybe I will add the function later with my scripting)
@JoyLucien And if you think the general audiio was the problem, no. it was actually NAudio.dll which handles all that playback. And it was so outdated that GTA V crashed and crashed for other people from original script.
Can anyone in the comments tell me their system? The mod crashes for me once I spawn it and I want to make sure whether it's my system or not. For context I have a RTX 4060 Mobile GPU with an i7-13650HX
The number of tornadoes is too small. Besides, the sound of tornadoes is still needed. Moreover, tornadoes should be harmful, similar to the effect of slowly losing health
Bet this mod will blow everyone away.
@TCRL This logic is from the original mod... But thanks for the feedback. Will be really needed in 2.x.x version!
