I've deduced the problem is an invalid outfile...whatever the fuck that is.

Also someone should make a mod that replaces the sound of getting money with the one in Vice City.

@mkeezay30 Are there any older versions floating around that let's you replace textures?
I can't add textures to the game. If I replace them outright it doesn't work...When I change replace the texture in the texture editor it either crashes OpenIV or doesn't work.
