Gotta say that the mod is great and all, but I've notice that I just cant reach beyond 5 stars and I haven't seen any other kind of law enforcement that is not NOOSE or regular cops. No FIB, K9, Detectives and such. Don't know if I did something wrong in the installation because I followed the instructions as mentioned above. Anyway, I'll give 4.5 to this mod, keep up the good work dude : )
