I'm sorry that this gameconfig is not working for a lot of you, but I really can't do anything about it. But here's some information that I learned:
- It probably won't work for LSPDFR. Use this instead: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/40478-gameconfig-file-for-gta-v-update-v2699/ - It makes the game crash or gives an infinite loading screen with some mods because for some reason they are incompatible.

update: now everything works except the sticker on the door still says obey and survive
only lspd is changed to lapd and only on the cruiser
Logitech G920 works just fine.

@jacob21023 It increases traffic, which makes you able to run mods that require a gameconfig.
